Terms & Conditions

All prices are in Swedish Kronor (SEK), including VAT.

Our furniture are made to order. Approximately delivery time 6-8 weeks. 

Domestic transport & fees:
Curbside shipping within Sweden is free. Delivery with carry help can be added at a cost, please contact us at info@noearlybirds.se for more information. 

European / worldwide transport & fees:
For orders outside of Sweden, please contact us at info@noearlybirds.se. 

Right of withdrawal:
We follow the ”Distance and Doorstep Sales Act”, which means that you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after you receive the goods. When you use the right of withdrawal, you as a customer pay for the return shipping.

NOTE: In the case of purchase of goods made to order, the right of withdrawal is not valid. All our furniture are made after you place your order and can not be returned unless faulty. 

Reclaim:
Reclamations need to be received by us within one day from the time you received your furniture.

All natural materials such as stone, wood and leather may have naturally occurring deviations. This is not something that necessarily justifies a complaint, as it is a natural part of the material.
